343 Labs Partners with NYC’s Biggest DJ School, Scratch DJ Academy

343 Labs announced its partnership with NYC’s biggest DJ school, Scratch DJ Academy in order to give their students with the highest level of music education. The motive of the partnership is to consolidate the NYC electronic music education scenes in order to bring together artists, producers, and DJs through their networks. In addition to this, this partnership is aimed at creating programs for the next generation of DJ producers to merge the space between DJing, performance, and production.

Scratch, which was co-founded in 2002 by Rob Principe and DMC’s late Jam Master Jay, is popular in NYC for providing electronic music education at 32 Cooper Square, New York, USA. On August 1, 2019, the two music production entities entered into a partnership to provide the students with a medium to learn various types of music, music instruments, and DJing at the location of Scratch.

Dubspot instructor Max Wild and Nacho Isa reopened the music production schools 343 Labs in New York. The remaining teachers and staff of Dubspot are also responsible for creating 343 Labs. The new school 343 Labs has been opened to give the former students affected by the shutdown of Dubshot an opportunity to learn music mixing, music production, DJing, and performance. Following the sudden closing of Dubspot, many students met with a financial loss. Now with the partnership of 343 Labs with Scratch, it will be possible for former students to complete their music production with ease.
